WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE CLASS?
All classes are suitable for beginners as well as for advanced students. Asanas (positions) are explained and demonstrated before performing.
If you are a beginner there will be enough time for you to ease into an Asana and you will receive personal guidance from me if needed. If you are an advanced student, you will have the time to master an Asana more deeply and focus your mind on the performance. In traditional Yoga, it is very important to perform asanas correctly so you will be receiving personal adjustments as required and as often as needed in my classes.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS
Please bring your mat and warm jumper/comfortable blanket for the final relaxation.
On your first class please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start as you will be asked to fill a short new students questionnaire to make sure the practice is safe for your body.
